Tom has been training professionally for 45 years in both the Morgan and Saddlebred worlds. With a 12 year association with Glenmore farms and the Glen Werry family which produced over 10 world championships including Callaway’s Forcaster, Candle Dan, She's My Desire, Callaway’s Little Abner, Hear The Music, King of Cool, First Class Heir, He Walks On Water, and Heir to a Star. Along with his ability to train, his teaching stands out as one of the best. Tom has led Glen T Werry and Sarah Werry to multiple world’s championships and Faye and Jesse Westophen to multiple world's championships and triple crown equitation titles. After Glenmore, Tom was associated with Arcola Farm Morgan Horses for the Johnson family, and produced world champions in every division Morgans show in.  From saddle seat to hunt seat to western and all three seats in equitation. Ada Johnson was the triple crown winner in the Morgan World’s equitation division for Tom and Nancy Becker, with King Lear’s Friar Tuck. That horse went on to win the triple crown with Vicoria Waltz the following year.

Tom has now partnered up with Pam Roush of Avalon Stables and they are working on producing many more world's champions for the future. 

Lonna is the leader of Avalon's Academy program.  She teaches beginner to advanced horseback riding lessons in saddleseat, western, and hunt seat. She grew up in the Tampa Bay area riding and showing saddleseat. In May 2010, Lonna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian Science from William Woods University in Fulton, MO. He

She grew up in the Tampa Bay area riding and showing saddleseat. In May 2010, Lonna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian Science from William Woods University in Fulton, MO. Her first "real job" out of college was teaching and growing Heathermoor Farm's riding program near Birmingham, AL. Lonna believes that horses teach us many life lessons, such as perseverance, patience, and the importance of maintaining a positive attitude.

Holly had her first horseback riding experience with Avalon stables at 9 years of age and fell in love immediately. She began taking lessons, attended camps, volunteered with rescue horses, and spent time at the barn on Saturdays. Holly had her first horseback riding experience with Avalon stables at 9 years of age and fell in love immediately. She began taking lessons, attended camps, volunteered with rescue horses, and spent time at the barn on Saturdays. While attending a local college, Holly worked part time at Avalon, grooming and tacking up horses in exchange for riding lessons. Eventually, that turned into a full time job opportunity. Her heart jumped at the thought of having a dream job, so of course she accepted! During the first few years Holly spent time learning in every position possible at Avalon. From working with the show horses, to feeding, to running camps, and teaching lessons. As her skilled developed, Mrs. Pam noticed she had a knack for teaching beginner lessons to horse crazy kids. It’s something about seeing a child’s eyes light up when they first swing a leg over that hit a special place her heart. Horseback riding teaches many life skills, such as confidence, overcoming obstacles, and building trust between themselves and their four-legged partner. Over the years Holly has been able to take a child that has never ridden a horse before in their life, to the show ring. Not all students show, but it is a special kind of rewarding to see a child skills develop from a leading type lesson, to their first solo experience. 

Tiffany Jenkins began her horse career at the age of 5. She showed American saddlebred’s for her entire juvenile and amateur career on a national level. After high school, they moved to Los Angeles, where she worked for some of the top Hunter and Dressage trainers in the area. At the age of 20 she became a professional trainer in Los Ange

Tiffany Jenkins began her horse career at the age of 5. She showed American saddlebred’s for her entire juvenile and amateur career on a national level. After high school, they moved to Los Angeles, where she worked for some of the top Hunter and Dressage trainers in the area. At the age of 20 she became a professional trainer in Los Angeles, owned and operated Pepper J Ranch while becoming a registered Large Animal Vet Tech and attending CalState Northridge University for Veterinary Medicine. She also had a competitive team in the interscholastic school league of Los Angeles, and the Western and Saddleseat school league of Los Angeles. After having her daughter Emma in 2016,  Tiffany was presented with the opportunity to train with Avalon Stables and long time friend Pam Roush. Having grown up in Tampa, having family there, her respect for Pam and her love for American Saddlebreds, this was an opportunity to come home to her roots. Her love of training and teaching is shared with her students and all the wonderful people at Avalon.
